owner and manager Joaquim José Pereira Neves, married, native Grândolese, living in the vinicity of Melides, active in this
branch since 1995 co-operating with Conceição Santos - Soc. de
Mediação Imobiliária Unipessoal, Lda (Ami - 3) em Grândola.He felt the need to establish his premisses in
the center of Grândola.
Beside the professional experiences of the passed years, J. J. P. Neves already gained much practical and theoretical knowledge of the real estate branch and all that it is connected to it, in his job as registry- and predial official from may 1987 through april 1995. It was this line of work that formed a rich basis for his actual profession of real estate agent.
Real estate agent "Aquihámonte Lda.” is dedicated to offer all possible service and help to its customers in the process of selling and buying of Aletejan terrain and premisses in its broadest sense, including construction, restoration and cultivation.
Our field of operation is concentrated in a circle of approx. 100 kilometers surrounding the city of Grândola, and therefore also covers the townships of Alcácer do Sal, Ferreira do Alentejo, Santiago do Cacém, Sines and Odemira.
